Note: Guard column cartridge must be selected according to the prep HPLC columns packing you use and purchased separately.

The inner diameter of the guard column in HPLC should be the same or equivalent to the inner diameter of the lc column. Generally speaking, the packing of the guard column is determined by packing the HPLC column. Under normal circumstances, the same packing as the HPLC column can be chosen. However, it is not necessary to match the packing of the analytical column according to the actual working requirements.
